First off, our thoughts are with you, your families and your co-workers during this challenging time of uncertainty.
As the COVID-19 first appeared overseas, we began creating a contingency plan for how to handle our business should a COVID-19 outbreak happen here in the U.S.
Most important is the health and safety of JPW Industries partners and team members worldwide. Beginning tomorrow, our physical offices will be closed and our team members will transition to remote location working. We will remain open for business and to service your needs.
Our team members are fully functional through our cloud-based phone and e-commerce system. In addition, our team members are cross-trained so that if one or more cannot work, we have other team members in the department who can assume their responsibilities.
