MARK DREYER
RESIN-INFUSED WOODTURNER AND DEMONSTRATOR
Mark is a professional woodturner/pen maker with over 30 years of experience, including pen making, demonstrating, and chairing a national pen making event where over 300 penmakers participate.
Mark turns to turning every day, including weekends, to quench his artistic and creative thirst producing 1,000+ pens annually.
As a demonstrator, Mark enjoys the interaction and always encourages the room to ask questions, inject personal experiences, and be interactive. Woodturning should be fun and educational.
JOHN UNDERHILL
PIONEER IN RESIN CASTING AND PEN MAKING
John’s interest in woodworking and turning began in 1985 in high school shop class, where he was introduced to the joy of creating with wood. Woodworking remained a hobby for the next 20 years, during which he explored flatwork, furniture, intarsia, scroll sawing, turning, and resin casting.
Over the past decade, he has excelled in the field, earning top awards for his unique pens and resin castings.
John’s work is featured at ExoticBlanks.com, where he sells his unique resin-cast blanks to woodturners around the world.
