Warranty and Service
JPW Industries Inc. (“JPW”) warrants every Powermatic product against manufacturer’s defects for the warranty periods set forth below. JPW will, at its option, repair or replace a defective product covered by this warranty. If one of our tools needs service or repair, please contact us using the applicable Contact Form linked below.

Woodworking Machinery**** |
* Consumable items are defined as expendable parts or accessories expected to become inoperable with a reasonable amount of use.
**** Powermatic Woodworking Machinery is designed to be used with wood. Use of Powermatic Woodworking Machinery in the processing of metal, plastics, or other materials outside recommended guidelines may void the warranty. The exceptions are acrylics and other natural items that are made specifically for wood turning.
**** Lifetime is for as long as the initial end-user purchaser owns the product.
Who is Covered
This warranty covers only the initial end-user purchaser of the product in the United States from the date of delivery and is not transferrable.
What is Covered
This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials subject to the limitations stated herein. This warranty does not cover failures due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, normal wear-and-tear, or damage due to improper repair, alterations, or lack of maintenance.
Because JPW cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from JPW or a JPW authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. JPW reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. How to Get Technical Support
Please complete the applicable Contact Form linked below. Please note that you will be asked to provide proof of initial purchase. If a product requires further inspection, the Technical Service representative will explain and assist with any additional action needed, including shipment or transport (at your expense) to JPW or an Authorized Service Center (“ASC”) for inspection and/or repair. You shall also be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with shipping or transporting the product to you following inspection and/or repair at the ASC. For the name of an ASC, refer to the applicable link below.
The purchaser must obtain an RGA from JPW prior to returning any products for warranty service. Shipping for items replaced under warranty is free within the continental United States. If overnight or express delivery is requested, fees will apply.

How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Limitations on this Warranty
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY FOR EACH PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JPW BE LIABLE FOR DEATH, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, OR FOR INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
