Powermatic Website Launch Contest – Official Rules
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Powermatic, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Contest is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participants may enter by following the instructions provided on the official Powermatic website launch contest page.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person may result in disqualification.
Contest Period
The contest begins on March 4, 2026 and ends on April 15, 2026 (“Contest Period”).
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on April 15, 2026
Prizes
Three (3) winners will be selected:
Grand Prize: PM2014 Variable Lathe with Stand
2nd Place Prize: PM2815 15" Floor Drill Press 115V
3rd Place Prize: PM1250 Electrostatic Air Filtration System 0.1-Micron Filter
Approximate retail values may vary.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Baileigh reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
The drawing will take place on Friday, April 17, 2026.
Winners will be announced on April 20, 2026 and notified via the contact information provided at entry.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Powermatic, which are final and binding.
Winners grant Powermatic the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Powermatic is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.
Powermatic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the contest.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Powermatic, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance and use of any prize.
Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
